Global Diving & Salvage, Inc., and Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC. Although operating independently as separate companies, we function cooperatively under the same parent organization. We currently have seven dive offices strategically placed throughout the United States. With a combination of assets and talent, we provide an unmatched depth and breadth of project management, equipment, personnel, and experience, allowing us to deliver trusted and reliable performance-based service to meet the demands of our clients. In 2021, Global and Mainstream were integrated into Moran Towing Corporation as the Dive/Construction Business Unit (DCBU) as a 'Moran company.’
Founded in 1979, Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. is a leader in the marine services industry with decades of experience managing complex, critical, and technical projects in and around the water. With offices in Washington, Alaska, and California, Global provides services for major projects, commercial diving, marine casualty response, and environmental services — even in the most challenging environments throughout the US. In 2019, Global was acquired by Moran Environmental Recovery, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moran Towing Corporation — joining a family of operations that cover every aspect of marine services.
Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. is a full-service commercial diving company, providing decades of quality service. We provide construction and maintenance projects for a variety of industries, vessel salvage and casualty response, vessel inspections, freshwater mussel surveys, diver-operated dredging, and much more. In addition, our talented dive teams are routinely contracted to perform projects at nuclear, hydroelectric, and coal-fired facilities nationwide.
